As an entrepreneur, I am captivated by business and the immeasurable theories and creativity behind each decision that gets made. That analytical part of my mind never really shuts down or stops as I am constantly analyzing business activities occurring in the environments around me. Through the years, I have had countless discussions with business owners and colleagues, about their businesses, my businesses, and the businesses we do business with. What I have discovered through all of these discussions is that they typically always result coming away with something positive. Whether it would be the identification of an ongoing issue that was previously unnoticed or an idea to improve a process within your organization.
It was from this very mindset, that I launched Driven Matrix L.L.C. With over twenty years of executive business experience, including the ownership of seven companies, I have seen a lot of what works and what doesn’t. This experience has afforded me the opportunity to wear many hats within a variety of industries at different levels of management and ownership.
Today, when I not working on one of my consumer product businesses, I channel my experience, expertise, and passion for business into an advising roll with small business owners and their staffs. By utilizing a variety of internal and external viewpoints, opinions, and perspectives, I can help provide you with a non-biased external view of your business. This Taylor-made approach will provide you the vision to see new opportunities, identify old issues, and create a renewed spirit within your organization.
